Welcome to Mana Mobile Detailing. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and transparent service experience for all customers.

Service Agreement

Mana Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing and vehicle care services at the customer’s location.

By scheduling a service, customers agree to provide:

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle
  • Adequate working space around the vehicle
  • Permission to perform detailing services at the service location

Mana Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or violate local regulations.

Booking Policy

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, email, or text message.

Customers must provide accurate information including:

  • Vehicle make and model
  • Vehicle condition
  • Service location
  • Requested services

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in service delays, additional charges, or appointment adjustments.

Mana Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payment

All service prices listed are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Vehicle size
  • Vehicle condition
  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odors
  • Additional labor or services required

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Cash
  • Online Payment
  • Digital Payment Platforms

Failure to provide payment may result in additional fees, refusal of future services, or legal collection actions.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

  • A cancellation fee of up to $50
  • Loss of any deposit paid

If our technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the vehicle cannot be serviced, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must disclose any extreme vehicle conditions before booking, including but not limited to:

  • Mold or biohazard contamination
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Vomit, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials
  • Severe stains or strong odors

Vehicles requiring specialized cleaning procedures may incur additional charges or may be declined for service.

Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings provide paint protection and hydrophobic properties, but they are not scratch-proof or damage-proof.

Results and coating longevity may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle maintenance habits
  • Environmental conditions
  • Driving conditions
  • Proper washing techniques

Improper care after application may reduce the lifespan and effectiveness of the coating.

Liability

Mana Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, including but not limited to:

  • Paint defects
  • Scratches or rock chips
  • Faded or damaged clear coat
  • Loose trim or cracked plastics
  • Interior wear or damage

Mana Mobile Detailing is also not responsible for:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures
  • Damage to previously weakened vehicle components
  • Issues caused by existing vehicle conditions

Any liability, if applicable, will be limited to the cost of the service performed.

Detailer Protection Addendum

The following additional policies apply to all services performed by Mana Mobile Detailing.

Excessively Dirty Vehicles

Vehicles with extreme dirt, mud, sand, stains, pet hair, or contamination may require significantly more time and labor than standard detailing services.

Mana Mobile Detailing reserves the right to:

  • Adjust the service price
  • Charge additional labor fees
  • Decline service if the vehicle condition exceeds service limits

Whenever possible, customers will be notified before additional charges are applied.

Pet Hair Removal Policy

Pet hair removal can be extremely labor intensive depending on the vehicle’s upholstery material and severity of buildup.

  • Complete removal of all pet hair cannot be guaranteed
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair

Biohazard and Bodily Fluid Cleanup

Vehicles containing vomit, mold, urine, feces, blood, or other biohazard materials require specialized cleaning procedures.

Mana Mobile Detailing reserves the right to:

  • Decline service
  • Charge additional biohazard cleaning fees

Customers must disclose these conditions before booking.

Paint Correction & Scratch Removal Disclaimer

Paint correction services are intended to improve the appearance of the vehicle’s paint, but not all defects can be completely removed.

Mana Mobile Detailing does not guarantee 100% defect removal, especially for:

  • Deep scratches
  • Clear coat damage
  • Rock chips
  • Paint etching

Ceramic Coating Care Responsibility

Customers receiving ceramic coating services agree to follow proper maintenance procedures, including:

  • Proper hand washing techniques
  • Avoiding automatic car washes with brushes
  • Using recommended maintenance products

Failure to properly maintain the coating may reduce its lifespan and effectiveness.

Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection

Technicians may perform a visual inspection of the vehicle before service begins.

This inspection helps document:

  • Existing paint defects
  • Interior damage
  • Vehicle wear and tear

Mana Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during or after service.

Time Expectations

Detailing service times may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size
  • Vehicle condition
  • Requested services

Estimated service times are not guaranteed and may change if additional work is required.

Environmental & Safety Conditions

Customers must provide a safe working environment including:

  • Legal parking access
  • Adequate space around the vehicle
  • Safe surroundings for technicians

Mana Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if safety concerns arise.

Mobile Service Limitations

As a mobile detailing provider, certain services may be limited depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Service location restrictions
  • Local regulations

Mana Mobile Detailing will make reasonable efforts to complete services as scheduled but reserves the right to modify services if conditions require.
